Danii was recommended to us by a friend. We are first-time home buyers moving from Europe to El Paso. As you can imagine, a move of this capacity isn’t easy. Dannii walked us through the steps of the home-buying process and spent many early mornings answering my texts and emails. I made a list of homes I wanted to see when I flew in for a short visit to house hunt and Dannii made it happen. She added homes that she thought I would like based on my other choices. She even found homes that were new builds in the area, that I couldn’t see when using search engines. She gave me the highlights of each area including the traffic and time to commute to work. She also offered valuable insight into the potential resell value of the homes based on the neighborhoods we toured.

You could tell that her peers value her opinion and that she is highly respected within the community. She goes to bat for her clients and doesn’t like to hear no. She will get you what you are looking for. Danii found our home when it had only been on the market for less than 24 hours, we had no idea it was an option until she brought us there. We fell in love and put in the offer immediately. I’ll never forget hugging Danii in the kitchen with tears of joy that we finally found the one!

Because we are movingng such a far distance, we needed to push our closing time by a few months. Danii worked with the selling agent and our mortgage company to ensure a flawless close, to include communicating with the sellers/agent to fix any home repairs that were needed.

It was truly such an easy and comfortable process.

I can confidently say that I walked away with a new friend.

The best!!!

Danii made it so easy to buy a house. She listened to what we wanted, but made some suggestions for other things to consider. That was a great help since we were moving from out of state.

She continued being of assistance when an accident just before moving caused extra problems getting there in time to meet the moving truck.

Danii went above and beyond what was expected to help us complete our home purchase and getting moved in.

Great and knowledgeable!!

Our experience with Danii has been absolutely amazing! We purchased and sold the same home with her and both experiences we felt very comfortable and confident with Her. Being that it was our first time buying and selling and she explained everything so that we were able to understand. Selling our home we knew that Danii and her team was definitely going to get the job done so we were not worried at all. Danii made this experience as smooth as we have ever experienced

Danii was kind patient and flexible with hour schedules, since we had a bit of a time difference coming from out of state. The highlight to me and my family is Danii cutting her dinner short to come see us a we arrived on our new house, with keys in hand. Again she made the experience so smooth and meeting us at the house at 10pm was above and beyond our expectations.

If you are looking for a hard working, friendly agent who can provide humor during stressful times; she is the one you want! After meeting and speaking with Tori; we had a good feeling that she would be the best agent for us. She absolutely was.

Tori worked super hard and was excellent in her communication from the very get go. The whole buying a home process can be super stressful but Tori kept us updated throughout the process and went above and beyond every step of the way. Even while she was out of state, she was prompt in replying back to our texts. She must never sleep. Lol. In any professional field, communication is key and she definitely has this base covered.

In terms of her ability to negotiate, she is a hustler and bulldog! She will absolutely work to help you get your dream home. She's got a keen sense of business and street smarts that comes in handy for the whole negotiating deals aspect of the transaction. You definitely need and want this in your agent.

-If you are trying to purchase a home and don’t know where to start, seriously look no further than Victoria (Tori) Diego. Tori was and continues to be the most amazing real estate agent I could have hoped to work with. As a first time homebuyer the entire process can be very stressful and overwhelming. My work hours can also be very demanding, so I was nervous about finding someone who could guide me through the process and also accommodate my schedule. -Holy Moly, Tori Diego is the way to go! We hadn’t even met her in person when she agreed to represent us but she treated us with the upmost care throughout the entire process. From the moment we signed on with her we had her parading around town and viewing properties at a moments notice. She was always ready to drop everything to accommodate our requests.
