I guess I am one of those people who say, "I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could!" I am living in the Texas/New Mexico Borderland for good since 2005. Danii Sedillo was born and raised in Germany and personally moved over 20 times to include several PCS moves CONUS and OCONUS and bought and sold homes using the VA loan.
Her previous professional experience include being an Executive Assistant to CEO for DaimlerChrysler Services and Strenesse ( a German Fashion Designer) and they all taught her the importance of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, LISTENING AND HELPING PEOPLE, which is what being a REALTOR is all about.
She moved to the USA in 2005 due to military orders and got her Texas Real Estate License within 2month. Within the next 4years the military moved her to El Paso, TX, where she worked for a builder, to Oahu, Hawai’I where she was a leasing manager with Army Hawaii Family Housing and back to El Paso, TX in 2009, where she continued her Real Estate Career. Beginning of 2022 she came back to the island of Oahu with a 2nd home and stated THE HALE TEAM powered by Keller Williams Realty beginning of 2023.
She is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty since 2012 as an Agent, Qualifying Broker and Owner/Investor. Because of her military background as a Spouse to a Service Member she is specialized in military realty situations / military relocation and has a vast amount of knowledge about the military community and their duty assignments, taking everything into account when finding military families their new home, as well as helping them to sell their homes upon military relocation and/or retirement. Working within VA loans is a specialty of Danii’s and she works with some of the best lenders nationwide.
By 2012 Danii Sedillo earned her CRS designation, which only 4% of Realtors in the US receive and she was in the top 1% of Realtors in the El Paso Metroplex Area. From 2013 – 2018 she was the listing agent for DR Horton Homes, El Paso TX, which is Americas largest builder. In 2017 and 2019 she was awarded the "Best Real Estate Teams in Texas by Real Trends. In 2019 she got awarded #3 individual agent for the Keller Williams North Texas I New Mexico I Memphis Region, in 2019 and 2020 she was amongst the top 100 Latino Real Estate Agents in Texas by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. By 2018 she also received her New Mexico Real Estate license, by 2019 she became a Qualifying New Mexico Real Estate Broker and by 12/2020 she became the Supervising Qualifying Broker for Keller Williams Realty in Las Cruces, NM and is part of Master Faculty for Keller Williams Realty El Paso TX and Las Cruces NM. Since 2015 she is serving on the Board of Professional Standards for Texas Association of Realtors and joined the Board of Professional Standards for the New Mexico Association of Realtor in 2020. Since 11/2021 she is also a TAR instructor for Legal Updates I and II.
